NZSA Northland member, Suzanne Chappell, has just launched her first non-fiction book:
New book for people with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, M.E., or Long COVID
Simple Steps to Activate Self-Healing
for People with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, M.E., or Long COVID.
Since 1991, Suzanne has helped people with aches and pains in a clinic called Aches Away! in Whangarei (now in Maungatapere).
When the lockdowns prevented her from seeing clients face to face, she went online, joining up with a business mentor living in Dubai and created Aches Away & Energize for people with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, M.E., or Long COVID in UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
She presents free weekend online Increase Energy Workshops (under 1 hr a day), runs a free Aches Away & Energize Facebook Group presenting weekly, live, and sees clients online in her Aches Away & Energize Health Program for people who want to work closer with her, and learn the technique.
Suzanne and her husband, Terry, have a 40-year-old organic Kiwifruit orchard. On Saturdays they get up at 4.30 am in the winter to sell at the Growers Market.
Last Christmas Suzanne planned to have a few weeks off and instead started writing Simple Steps. Nine months later, it’s launched:
